REGISTRATION
• REGISTRATION FEE of $100 per camp must be mailed with your application or after submitting an online application. You may also choose to pay online with your credit card. You will be charged for the full camp price and there is a $12 processing fee when using a credit card.
• Your space in camp is not reserved until we receive your payment.• Balance due at registration or you may mail it in ahead of time.
NOTE: If you choose to pay with credit card, there is a $12 processing fee. If you choose to pay by Check /Money Order, please submit the form online and immediately send the check in the mail to the address below. Please be sure to note the campers name.

Each camper must provide a current physical or a 2010-11 high school physical indicating you are able to participate in volleyball sport activities by the first day of camp. This physical may be returned upon request following the camp.
