Can I attend as an individual? Yes, you may attend any session as an individual. You will be placed on an independent team with other players of similar age and ability. (8-10 players per team) You must be with a TEAM to attend Session I. Top Of Page 2. If my team has less than 8 players, will we still be together? No, if you attend with less than eight members on your team, then you will each be evaluated and placed on an independent team. Top Of Page 3. Can I come late, or leave early? We strongly discourage late arrivals and early departures as this disrupts the camp schedule. (Special requests need to be in writing, in advance of camp start and will be handled on a case-by case basis.) Top Of Page 4. How much extra spending money should I bring? Suggested amount is $50.00 - $75.00 (For camp store, souvenirs, snacks, pizza, ect.) Top Of Page 5. Are there telephones in the room? No. However payphones are available. Top Of Page 6. Can parents and friends watch me play? Yes. Family and friends are welcomed during the tournament. Top Of Page 7. Can friends visit in the dorms? Friends can visit in the dorm lobby until curfew. Top Of Page 8. When should I register? The camps fill up quickly; therefore, we recommend that you register as quickly as possible. In years past, the camps have filled up as early as April 15th. The most important part of the registration process is the application with a parent/guardian's signature and the $100 deposit for each camp you are attending. You may send the health form later or bring it with you to the first day of camp. Top Of Page 9. When is the refund deadline? May 15th is the last day to get a refund. If you request a refund prior to May 15th, you will receive the refund less a $25 processing fee.
